Abstract: A hygrometer on a wooden frame, inscribed on top 'Nouvel higromètre comparable Par Gaibert Artiste de la Société Rle de Medecine' and at base ''Rue St André des Arts'. Marked from 0 (Glace) to 65 (with two degrees divisions above 65 - and a line marked 'humidité absolue' below, about two degrees). A quill on the base of the tube, completing it, tapering end held in brass ring and clip screwed to mount.
